libfarstream-0.1-dev software package provides Audio/Video communications framework: development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfarstream-0.1-dev
libfarstream-0.1-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfarstream-0.1-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfarstream-0.1-dev *
You will get with libfarstream-0.1-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
